TERMS OF USE

1. WEBSITE AND ACCOUNT USE
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account, making an enquiry or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Product descriptions, images, sizes, prices and availability are shown on the store and may change. We aim to present products accurately, but screen settings and photography can affect how colours or details appear. We may correct obvious pricing, listing or availability errors before accepting an order.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment method shown at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details. An order is handled according to the payment and stock information available to us.
4. DELIVERY AND INVOICES
Delivery details, charges and any available tracking information are provided through the store or order communications. After an authorised VANTROXIS administrator confirms payment, VANTROXIS may send a transactional invoice or order update to the email address provided for that order.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, submit false orders, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
VANTROXIS branding, website content, product imagery, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to VANTROXIS TRADING PLT. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website uses third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, delivery providers and Gmail for specific operational purposes. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. CHANGES AND CONTACT
