PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information needed to operate the store and fulfil your order. This may include your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, country, postal code and region, account details, order history, delivery information, and payment-status information. We may also process limited technical information needed to keep the website secure and working.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal data to create and manage your customer account, process and fulfil orders, arrange shipping, answer enquiries, provide invoices and order updates, prevent fraud or misuse, keep business records, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We will ask for consent before using your contact details for marketing where consent is required. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

3. PAYMENTS

Card payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. When you choose Stripe at checkout, you are transferred to Stripe to complete payment. Stripe handles your payment-card data under its own privacy policy and security controls. VANTROXIS receives payment confirmation and limited transaction information required to fulfil your order; we do not store your card details.

4. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share data only where necessary to run the store or fulfil an order: with Stripe for payments; Supabase for account, authentication and order data; Netlify for website hosting; delivery partners for shipping; and providers needed for accounting, legal, security or technical support.

VANTROXIS MAILER uses the Gmail API with the gmail.send permission only to send transactional invoices and order updates from VANTROXIS’s own business Gmail account after an authorised administrator confirms a paid order. It does not read, search, change or delete Gmail messages, and Gmail data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.

Some providers may process data outside Malaysia. We do not sell your personal data.

5. RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, customer support, tax, accounting and legal requirements. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable law and records we must keep. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. To make a request, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7. CHILDREN

Our store is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will review the request.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
